Deborah Moore has been awarded Broker of The Year Award in the Multiple Office category by RE/MAX of Western Canada. This dynamic take charge go-getter purchased the Penticton RE/MAX Office in the fall of 2014 and has since tripled its size. Not stopping there, she purchased her second brokerage firm in 2015 in the city of Summerland which has doubled in size under her direction. Still not satisfied she acquired the RE/MAX Office in Osoyoos in September of 2016. The real estate community in the South Okanagan has taken notice and her own sales associates see her as an invaluable resource which has increased their sales output and enhanced their careers in a positive way.
“I accept this award on behalf of my outstanding sales teams as it is because of the hard work and dedication of our sales associates that I am receiving this recognition.” Moore says.
Deborah raises the bar not only in her own offices but also as an instructor for the BC Real Estate Association where she focuses on delivering relevant professional development programs and training. In her main office transaction size and sales volume per associate has tripled under her tutelage. Deborah currently sits on the Penticton and Wine Country Board of Directors and encourages her licensees to be active community citizens.
