It's not so tough to sell something when you believe in the product! I believe in the Okanagan, on many fronts, from weather to scenery to lifestyle to job prospects to the business friendly atmosphere. Schools, parks, leisure, recreation opportunities from fly fishing to snow shoeing, and events from wine tasting on a crisp fall day to fresh from the garden produce at a choice of many farmers market. For health, outdoor living, and plenty to do, the living is good! It's always a pleasure to help people locate here. Literally, no client ever tells me "well, I got a job transfer so I have to move here". Whether a young family moving here to start a business, or an active retiree couple moving here "because they can"...every one that moves here...wants to! So, over the years it has been a genuine pleasure to help people make good real estate decisions in buying here. And with the experience and background of working in Real Estate in each of the last 4 decades, over some of the hottest, and some of the slowest, markets, I have learned a lot!
